Drum lessons

Our drum instructors teach rock, metal, jazz, funk, blues and many other styles. Drum rhythms can be complex, and our teachers will challenge any drummer with a wide variety of technical exercises designed to improve your speed and comfort. You do not have to purchase a drum kit to start lessons. Beginning students can learn with a drum pad and sticks for about $40. Students use our drum set at their lessons and do not have to bring anything except their drum sticks and a notebook.
Whether you want to play in your high school band, a rock band, or worship band, Kingwood Music School will help you excel! We recommend staring drum lessons at age 8 so that you are able to reach both the pedal and the cymbals. Younger students are welcome to come in for a trial lessons to see if they are big enough to get started. |
