Keith Yost
With over thirty-five years in education, Keith is a dedicated teacher who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of his students. He studied piano with Dr. John Paul at Sam Houston State University and also holds advanced degrees from the University of St. Thomas and Stephen F. Austin University, and is certified in PK-12 music by the state of Texas.
Throughout his career Mr. Yost has served in a variety of teaching and administrative positions in several Houston area school districts, performed as a collaborative pianist for many school and community music events, and served as a church musician and music director. Most importantly, he believes that music feeds the soul and taking piano lessons should be a fun and joyful experience that leads to a lifetime enjoyment of piano.
